This is the story of a shipyard.

Needs some skin.

Sides are on. (Kid not included)

IMG_2205

Nice pic at sunset with the sides all on. Still needs a bunch of floor work as you can see.

IMG_2291

These are coils for in-floor heating, powered by an electric heater.

IMG_2313

There is 12 inches of insulated sand covering the coils, this is to act like a big heat sink so you can heat off peak (11pm to 7am) and the heat will dissipate during the day.

IMG_2388

Concrete is poured, the walls are insulated. There are 2 interior rooms in the back with both heating and cooling options independent of the main room.

IMG_2418

Interior steel is in as well as over head lights are seen. The flat deck over the interior rooms will be extra storage room.

IMG_2432

The interior rooms have wood paneling rather than corrugated steel.

IMG_2439

Workbench. The middle/island bench is a frame built for an old solid oak wood door. The outer bench is a neighbor’s old kitchen countertop.

Doors are on.

Shed at sunset.

Work bench and shelving, still in need of organization.

Boat racks.

View from the other side of the door.
